Self-Healing Program (3 months)

​​​​​​​This program begins with a consultation lasting approximately 1.5h\2h where the professional will ask a series of questions and investigate in order to gather as much information as necessary regarding the client. During this consultation, several photos are taken of the client's iris to assess their physical, mental and emotional state. Using these photos, the professional analyzes the client's various internal systems.

 

With the information from the initial interview, iris reading and information collected through two questionnaires, the professional will design a specific self-healing program for each client.

 

Each program is different, as each person is different, however the recommendations usually involve changing the diet, taking herbal medicine and formulas (mixtures of herbs and roots), supplements, Bach flower remedies and tissue salts. A series of natural treatments and exercises are also shared with the client to complement the work done by plants and diet. Recommendations may also involve other physical, mental and emotional health professionals.

 

Normally the program is divided into 4 phases:

- Foundation (+- 6 to 8 weeks)

- Detox (+- 2 weeks)

- Rejuvenation (+- 1 month)

- Transition and adaptation

The Self-Healing Program recommendations are given to clients and it is the client's responsibility to reorganize and structure their routine to include the recommendations for an optimal health outcome. 

 

The professional will initially guide you through the first steps and will be available during the 3 months for any questions or difficulties. 

 

It is important to mention that this program is a SELF-healing program, so the change is in the client's hands. The professional, the herbs, the foods and the therapies simply guide the client on the path to greater physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual, social, cultural well-being, etc.

 

The consultation and recommendations for your Self-Healing Program costs €150 and the follow-up consultation are 30€\each.  Formulas created specifically for you have a cost, just like other medicinal plants, supplements & external therapies that you obtain to help you with your program.
