You will be able to feel the Healing Power of the Yogic culture of India and the Zen tradition of Japan.
We will start the session with a practice called Trataka, meditation with candlelight, where we work on our focus but also take care of the health of the eyes and improve our vision. This meditation purifies the eyes, strengthens the eye muscles and improves vision and memory. It also helps with sleeping difficulties.
Then we move on to a meditation from Japan which was (and still is!) used as a physical, mental and emotional cure.
You will need:
- Computer\laptop with good internet connection and camera
- Zoom (free download)
- If you are sitting on the floor please bring a yoga mat or a rug and cushion
- If you are siting on a chair just bring the chair
- A candle (which needs to be placed in front of you, on the line of your eyes, 1 meter away)
At the end of the session, we would appreciate a donation.
Our intention is to be of service, to share our knowledge, to guide, to listen actively and to offer support.
We strongly believe that to access the universal knowledge and learn how to heal should be accessible to all, no matter the circumstances, and therefore we work on a donation basis, not because we can afford to work for little return, but because our intention is to emanate energies of trust and honesty. We hope this moves something in people so as to apply this in areas of their lives and hopefully ripple those vibrations out to others around them. We believe and work for a world with less greed and consumerism so we ask you to value our time and energy, be honest and donate what you can afford.
Gratitude!
